Mr. Nasr is a veteran of the industry. He has over thirty years of experience in retail broker-dealer and investment management operations and accounting. His extensive experience in asset management and advisory business includes building and managing systems and processes, as well as developing asset management products. He was the CFO at PMC (Portfolio Management Consultants, Inc.) which is now Envestnet Asset Management, and CFO at Orbitex Financial Services, Inc.
In 2005, while the Managing Director of Brookstreet Capital Management, Mr. Nasr created a unique and sought-after integrated portfolio management platform. Mr. Nasr’s visionary system and excellent service model have resulted in a high degree of loyalty and following from advisors and employees. In 2007, he joined National Asset Management (NAM) as a consultant and later became its President and CEO. There he designed and oversaw the development of its state-of-the-art AdvisorGuide platform, and managed all aspects of NAM’s operations.

President and General Counsel
Mark Roth has practiced corporate and securities law for over 23 years. Since 1989, Mr. Roth has been conducting or supervising litigation, public and private offerings, compliance, regulatory and transactional matters for brokers, broker-dealers, investment advisers, issuers and their respective affiliates and customers. He worked many years in-house as General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary to self-clearing and introducing brokerage firms, investment advisers and their publicly-traded parents.
Mr. Roth was an editor of the Law Review and graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1989. He has served as an industry arbitrator with NASD (now FINRA) since 1994.
Senior Compliance Officer
Patrick is a compliance professional and leader with over 20 years of financial services industry experience. Prior to joining Claraphi, Patrick successfully managed and educated prominent investment firms overseeing compliance, operations, technology, and project management. His field of expertise is supervising a wide range of procedures dealing with broker dealer and advisory activities. Patrick advances Claraphi by maintaining and strengthening the company’s policies.
Patrick attained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California. In addition to holding numerous securities licenses, Patrick is a member of SIFMA (Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association) and NSCP (National Society of Compliance Professionals), as well as a Notary Public.
Exec. Vice President, Chief Investment Strategist
As an investment professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Andrew helps clients protect, grow and transfer wealth during their lifetime with objective, unbiased, customized and efficient strategies. He also helps other independent advisors to implement and growth their fee-based asset management business on ClaraPHI’s platform.
Andrew earned his BA in Economics from Boston University in 1993, holds certificates in Commodities Trading & Financial Planning from New York University. Previously, Andrew was Managing Director of Advisory Services at National Asset Management (NAM) where he trained advisors and assisted clients with customized investment portfolios.
Vice President, Operations
Tracy graduated from Lehigh University in 2006 with a B.S. degree in Marketing. Since 2010, she has been working with Vali Nasr and has demonstrated an excellent aptitude for operations processes and client service. Tracy is an integral part of our team. She is involved in training and offers excellent operational support to our clients. Tracy has become an expert in many custodial platforms, their processes and requirements. Tracy is also an expert in ClaraPHI's operations, systems and offerings.
Michael D. Wall
Exec. Vice President, High Net Worth Division
Michael is the founder of Wall Private Wealth, Wall Wealth Management and the founding partner of Wall Leaman, a consulting firm. He's been helping affluent families protect, grow and reduce taxes on their wealth since 2001.
Michael has been a featured guest on national media outlets CNBC, Fox Business and Bloomberg and has contributed articles and financial commentary to the Wall Street Journal, CNN Money and Forbes, among others. He is the author of Retire Once Retire Well, a simple guide on how to live well in retirement. In addition to heading the High Net Worth Division for Claraphi, he also serves on their investment committee. He is also a sought-after speaker and business coach for other financial advisors. Michael is passionate about helping others and it shows through his efforts to give back. Michael currently sits on the board for Life Action, is active with Place of Hope, YMCA, First Care, as well as Operation Underground Railroad. He is focused on helping build strong families and help serve underprivileged and neglected children throughout the world. Michael resides in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with his wife, Samantha, and their four children.
Frank Stanley, CFP®

A U.S. Air Force Veteran with over 20 years experience working with high net worth clients in the advanced wealth management markets. In 2008, as a top performing global macro investment manager, Frank’s CTA program was ranked #1 in Futures Magazine. In 2010, Frank was awarded the 5 Star Wealth Manager by San Diego Magazine. His CFP® designation is evidence of his commitment to financial planning and his ongoing efforts to remain knowledgeable of the ongoing changes to the financial marketplace.
Frank’s wealth management practice is affiliated with ClaraPHI Advisory Network LLC. He is President of Global Wealth Analytics, Inc a Commodity Trading Advisor registered with the NFA and CFTC.
Ron Farner is an investment advisor with 24 years of experience. He assists clients in growing their wealth and planning for retirement. He has worked as a Special Needs Trustee and Conservator since 2002. He earned a Bachelors of Arts and a MBA from Marylhurts College. He has been the President of RJF Inc. since 1985. When Ron is not in the office he works on his ranch raising Registered Black Angus.
Roxanna M. Guinan
Sr. Vice President, Business Development
Roxanna’s 25+ year financial services industry career began in her hometown of Baltimore, MD in the Dividend Department of Alex. Brown & Sons., Inc., a prestigious investment banking firm.
After gaining a well-rounded understanding of brokerage operations in various departments, she moved to New York City to work for the correspondent clearing subsidiary of Citicorp on Wall Street. Roxanna managed several departments including Client Services and established “Executive Services,” a retail services department exclusively for Citicorp executives worldwide. Roxanna has held a variety of positions in operations, product development, client services, broker training, sales and marketing at firms including: Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, ADP Clearing & Outsourcing Services, COR Clearing and EQIS Institutional.
Chief Operations Officer
Scott joined Claraphi in March of 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience in the investment industry to the firm. He earned his Masters in Business Administration in 2001 and has held several securities licenses including the series 6, 7 and 63. Scott brings an in-depth knowledge of the Claraphi system to the team and is focused on creating efficient and easy to use processes for our clients and internal staff.
Vice President, Administration | HR DIrector
Amanda graduated from California State University of Fullerton in 2013 with a B.A. degree in Finance. She has been part of the ClaraPHI team since 2014. Amanda specializes in operations, billing, and client service. She has shown excellent operational support to advisors and clients. She grew up in Orange County and currently lives in Newport Beach, CA. In her free time, she enjoys travelling with her family, friends and dog.
Managing Director, Due Diligence
Howard Hill has over 30 years of experience in the financial services arena and is an entrepreneur based in Scottsdale Arizona. He has spent time as a financial consultant, advisor, corporate business development and national strategic partnership executive, private equity investor, real estate investor/developer, and a venture capitalist. Formerly, Mr. Hill was the VP of Strategic Partnership and Development at Nationwide Insurance and GE Capital Services and also VP of Business Development for LPL Financial and Folio Institutional/Folio Investing. He also helped build the RIA distribution channel for a national IMO, Shurwest.
Mr. Hill and his wife, Kyla, are parents to a wonderful daughter. He is active in his daughter’s school and sport teams and enjoys golfing and hiking in his spare time.
Hans Christian Winkler, CFP®

Hans began his professional career on Wall Street in 1997 at a boutique Private Investment Bank in Midtown New York. In 2001 he became a fully independent Financial Planner focusing on long-term client relationships and helping clients with investment, retirement, estate and insurance planning strategies. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Hans frequently incorporates a network of estate attorneys, insurance professionals and CPAs to develop comprehensive and individually tailored financial plans, to guide clients achieve their goals and protect their assets from potential downfalls.
In addition to advising traditional financial clients, Hans specializes in working with sudden wealth recipients and the LGBT community’s unique financial planning needs.

Seelan Subramaniam has a PhD in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration. During his 24-year career as a Financial and Tax Consultant. He is qualified with several designations including CFP®, CLU ®, ChFC® and PhD. He has extensive experience in advising professionals, high net worth families and business owners on a comprehensive high-level institutional style wealth management platform, advanced tax planning, business planning, wealth transfers and risk mitigation. Seelan lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife Brindha and three of his four children. For relaxation he enjoys golfing and has cultivated a love for cooking and socializing. For fun Seelan and his family enjoy travelling and getting involved in charitable organizations locally and internationally.
